Privacy Policy

LogicBoom is built to work with recruitment data without asking you to hand it over. This page explains exactly what happens to your data when you use LogicBoom, and what we do and don't store.

Data processing

LogicBoom analyses exported recruitment CRM/ATS CSV files locally, inside your own browser. Your recruitment export is not uploaded to LogicBoom's servers.

Client data and candidate data contained in your export remain on your own computer during analysis. Because analysis happens locally, we do not store, back up, or have access to the contents of your recruitment exports.

Account information

We store only the information required to manage your account and subscription. This currently includes:

• Account identifiers, such as your user ID and email address
• Authentication information
• Trial information, such as trial start date and analyses used
• Subscription information, such as plan type and billing status
• Usage limits, such as how many analyses you have run

Authentication

Authentication is provided through Supabase Authentication, with optional Google Sign-In. If you sign in with Google, Google shares the basic profile information needed to create and secure your account, such as your name and email address.

Payments

Subscription payments are processed through Dodo Payments. LogicBoom does not store your payment card information — this is handled directly by Dodo Payments' own payment infrastructure.

Cookies & local storage

LogicBoom uses only the cookies and local browser storage required to keep you signed in and to operate the application, such as maintaining your session between visits. We do not use marketing or advertising cookies.

Data retention

Because your recruitment exports are analysed locally and never reach our servers, there is nothing for us to retain or delete on your behalf beyond your account information itself. You can request deletion of your account information at any time — see Contact below.

Changes to this policy

If how LogicBoom handles data ever changes, we'll update this page and, where the change is material, let account holders know directly.
