Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of LogicBoom. By creating an account or using the product, you agree to them. We've tried to keep this plain and short, rather than filling it with legal language that doesn't apply to a product like ours.

1. Acceptance of terms

By signing up for or using LogicBoom, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the product.

2. Subscription & pricing

LogicBoom is offered on a monthly ($79/month) or annual ($749/year) subscription basis. Pricing is displayed on our website and may change from time to time. If it does, we'll give existing subscribers notice before any change takes effect on their next billing cycle.

3. Free trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial that includes 3 analyses, with no credit card required to start. At the end of the trial, you'll need to subscribe to continue using LogicBoom.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees. When you cancel, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use LogicBoom only for lawful purposes, and only to analyse recruitment data that you are authorised to use. You won't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service, and you won't use it to process data you don't have the right to process.

6. Ownership of your data

You own the recruitment data you analyse using LogicBoom. Because your CSV exports are processed locally in your browser, we never take possession of that data in the first place. We claim no ownership over your client or candidate records.

7. Intellectual property

LogicBoom — including its software, design, and underlying analysis logic — is our intellectual property. Your subscription gives you a licence to use the product; it doesn't transfer ownership of any part of it to you.

8. Limitation of liability

LogicBoom is provided as a decision-support tool. It surfaces patterns and recommendations based on the data you provide, but commercial decisions remain yours to make. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LogicBoom is not liable for business decisions made using its output, or for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the product.

9. Modifications to the service

We may update, improve, or change features of LogicBoom over time as we learn from customer feedback. We'll aim to communicate any change that meaningfully affects how you use the product.
